1. Who We Are

EggSurrogatePay.com ("we," "our," "us") is operated by Vantage Intelligence LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We operate as an online lead generation and referral platform connecting prospective egg donors and surrogates with licensed fertility agencies and surrogacy agencies ("Partner Agencies"). We are not a medical provider, fertility clinic, surrogacy agency, or legal services firm.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Information You Provide Directly

When you submit an application through our forms, we collect:

• Contact information (name, email address, phone number)
• Location information (zip code, state)
• Demographic information (age)
• Physical information (height, weight — used to calculate BMI for agency screening purposes)
• Health-related information (prior donations/surrogacies, medical conditions you voluntarily disclose, tobacco use, pregnancy/breastfeeding status)
• Education level (egg donor applications)
• Relationship status and family history (surrogate applications)
• Open-ended responses you choose to provide
• Referral source

This information is considered sensitive. You are not required to provide it; however, without it we cannot submit your application to Partner Agencies.

2b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site, we automatically collect:

• Browser type, operating system, device type
• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Pages visited, time on site, clicks, and form interactions
• Referring website or search query
• Calculator inputs and results viewed (not linked to identity unless you submit a form)

This data is collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). See Section 6 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Application processing: Forwarding your application to 3–5 Partner Agencies in your area who may contact you for screening
• Internal quality scoring: Calculating BMI and flagging age or BMI values outside typical agency ranges — these flags are transmitted to agencies as informational metadata, not as disqualifications
• Site improvement: Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve calculator accuracy and form design
• Communications: Sending you a confirmation email via Formspree after form submission
• Legal compliance: Retaining records as required by applicable law

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, or for advertising profiling. We do share your information with Partner Agencies in exchange for compensation — see Section 4 and Section 8 below for details on this practice and how to opt out.

4. How We Share Your Information

4a. Partner Agencies

When you submit an application, your information is shared with licensed fertility and surrogacy agencies. Partner Agencies pay us a referral fee for applications we send them. Under the CCPA/CPRA and certain other state privacy laws, this is considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information, even though we do not sell data to data brokers, advertisers, or marketers. These agencies operate independently and have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. You will be contacted directly by agencies for further screening. By submitting an application, you consent to this sharing; see Section 8 for how to opt out.

4b. Service Providers

4c. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the safety of any person.

5. Text Messages

By checking the consent box on our application forms, you agree that EggSurrogatePay.com and Partner Agencies may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email — including autodialed or automated messages — using the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages from a given sender, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Because contacting you is the purpose of the application, this consent is required to submit it; you can still browse the Site and use our compensation calculators without providing it.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following tracking technologies:

• Google Analytics 4: Uses cookies (_ga, _gid, _ga_*) to track sessions, page views, and events. Data is anonymized and aggregated. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Essential cookies: No additional first-party cookies are currently set beyond those required for basic site function.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking pixels at this time.

7. Data Retention

Application data submitted through our forms is retained by Formspree per their data retention policy (typically 60 days on free plans, longer on paid plans). We do not maintain a separate database of applicant records. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Opt out of the sale/sharing of your information with Partner Agencies (note: if you opt out after submission, we cannot recall data already shared with agencies)
• Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect lawfulness of prior processing)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and sold or shared, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We share your information with Partner Agencies in exchange for compensation, which is considered a "sale" under California law. You can exercise your right to opt out at any time by submitting a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request. We do not sell or share your information with data brokers, advertisers, or any party outside our Partner Agency network, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, contact us immediately.

10. Security

All data transmitted through our site is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Form submissions are processed by Formspree using industry-standard security practices. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
